this year. Nevertheless, you can signup for free as a guest and explore some of
the functionality.
We provide access to regulatory filings from different countries relating to insider
trading (director’s dealings). Subscribers have access to a unified real-time transaction
database which can be searched by many criteria regarding the nature of the transaction.
In addition, subscribers can set up email alerts to monitor the filings of companies
of particular interest.
We do not provide investment advice or recommendations. We provide raw data that
subscribers can use in their own investment process.
We offer 2 subscription levels:
- a guest subscription, that allows you to preview the site and browse historical
transaction records which are

days and older. Most of the customization features
are limited.
- a regular subscription, that allows you to make use of the full functionality of
the website.
